This two-story building was designed by Walton Everman, a local architect. It has an overhanging eave supported by brackets over the second floor windows and a balcony on the second floor. Several businesses occupied this building, including Dufford’s Cleaners, Keystone Batteries, Bartlesville Plumbing, Wilkerson Tires, and Motor Equipment. The second floor was the Everman Apartments. Built circa 1925.
