Like several other buildings built in this area in the 1930's and 1940's, the use of this building was automobile-related. The Holbert Motor Company operated at this site, and the Examiner newspaper offices were once in this building. The brick building has an unusual triangular parapet, notched near the middle. Built circa 1930.
