This nine-story building was designed by local architect Walton Everman, who also designed the Frank Phillips home. It was originally called the Masonic Building, as the Masonic lodge occupied the ninth floor. The building is decorated with carved spandrels beneath the windows. The first floor is sheathed in granite, while the upper floors are red brick. Note the ninth-story window elliptical arches and the ornate cornice crowning the building. Later, the building became known as the Cities Service Building when Empire Oil and Gas merged with H. V. Foster's Indian Territory Illuminated Oil Company to become Cities Service Oil Company. In the 1960’s, it was renamed “the REDA Building”, as the administrative offices of REDA Pump were located there. Rogers State University purchased the building and established a Bartlesville branch of the university here in 2003. Built in 1918.
