The building is very similar in style to 318-320 SE Dewey Avenue next door (to the south). The first floor has large display windows with a recessed entrance in the center. On the second floor are four large paned windows. The building housed J.C. Penney Store #297 for many years, until it was donated to the Bartlesville Community Theater. Built in 1919.
