Yale Theater
304 SE Dewey Avenue
This two-bay building, divided by a door with stairs to the second floor, was built in 1915. It has a flat roof with a parapet decorated with stylized dentils. Brick columns separate the store fronts that extend above the parapet. The Yale Theater, later called the Rex Theater, was housed in the far left side of the building. It then became the Goodyear Service Store.

KC Pool Hall
306 SE Dewey Avenue
The right side is an extension of the building at 304-306-308 SE Dewey Avenue. This building was a pool hall until the late 1930’s. It then was combined with 308 and 310 Dewey Avenue to become an accounting firm.
