Josie Keeler Building
100 SW Second Street
When the railroad announced it was coming to Bartlesville, George Keeler built a stone structure on 2nd Street to welcome travelers. This building, named the Josie Keeler Building after Keeler’s second wife, was built in 1898 on the northwest corner of 2nd Street and Johnstone Avenue. Wolcott’s Grocery, Eureka Drug Store, and a used furniture store occupied the building at various times, until it burned in 1963.
