Oklah Air Dome
328 SE Dewey Avenue
The Oklah Air Dome Theater was constructed by J. L. Overlees in 1908 at the northeast corner of Dewey Avenue and 4th Street. The building did not have a roof, and the patrons would sit in the bleachers and watch the stage under the open skies. This structure was eventually torn down, and the Shell Oil Filling Station was built in its place.

Shell Oil - Brilliant Bronze Filling Station
200 SE 4th Street
This northeast corner site of Dewey Avenue and 4th Street has also hosted two filling stations, as well as a taxi cab operation. Shell Oil Company built their first of two Bartlesville filling stations on this site, which operated until the late 1930's. The building was later razed to make way for the Brilliant Bronze Filling Station.

The current brick building was built in 1940 to house the Brilliant Bronze Filling Station. It is a one-story building with a flat roof, with two garage doors in the front exhibiting the streamlined "Moderne" style typical of the early 1940 type of "roadside" architecture. Later, the building was painted white and housed a taxi cab company.
