The First National Bank was built on the northeast corner of 2nd Street and Johnstone Avenue.

The Almeda Hotel was organized on September 18, 1904, with prominent businessmen of Bartlesville as stockholders. The hotel, containing 60 rooms and 14 private baths, was east of the bank and wrapped around the bank building. The hotel was demolished in the 1950's or 1960's.

The building to the east of the Almeda Hotel was the Osage Garage, which is now the building that houses Tate Tires. The existing building has been extensively remodeled.
