This building was first home to the Exchange National Bank. It later became home for Jenkins Music, L. A. McKinney Music, and now Southern Abstract Company. The building was designed in the Italianate style. The façade is dominated by many attractive limestone features. The castellations of the parapet leave unique geometric limestone accents, and the deep cornice is emphasized with large dentils and brackets. The hood moldings around the three second-story windows exhibit unique floral ornamentation. Built in 1925.
